Like many of the people we serve, I've experienced seasons of rebuilding. I know what it feels l like to begin again, to overcome setbacks, and to choose faith over fear. Those moments didn't define my life; they refined it. They taught me that every obstacle carries the potential to become the foundation for something greater when placed in God's hands.

Throughout my years in construction, workforce development, and community leadership, I witnessed an undeniable truth. Our greatest challenge isn't simply a shortage of skilled workers; it's a shortage of opportunity. Every day, I met capable, hardworking people whose dreams were delayed, not because they lacked talent, but because they lacked access, guidance, mentorship, and someone willing to believe in them. That's when God placed a vision in my heart. Not simply to create another training program. But to build a place where skills are developed, confidence is restored, purpose is discovered, and generational legacies begin. A place where rebuilding isn't limited to homes and buildings, but extends to people, families, and communities. That vision became ACE Trades.
